2009 ABI Conference
Make plans to join us in 2009 as we again gather in the beauty of Redwood Glen in Loma Mar, California.
Presenters include:
- Chap Clark, author and professor of youth, family and culture at Fuller Theological Seminary, is an acclaimed resource in pop culture and society, and will facilitate sessions on his "HURT" seminar, which is designed to equip those who minister to youth in today's changing contexts.
- John Bazzanella, the camp administrator of Camp ReCreation, a non-denominational northern California camping program serveing children and adults with developmental disabilities, will provide practical tools for strategic planning.
- John Landgraf, former director at the Center for Ministry, will highlight the boundaries those in ministry must maintain to maintain health in all areas of life.
- Metamorphosis Staff of Redwood Glen will again facilitate daily times of spiritual formation and worship.
Other highlights include:
- Worship led by local Bay Area church praise teams
- The excellent hospitality, accommodations, and food service of Redwood Glen
- Updates on the developing ministry of ABI
- Opportunities to network and build community with others involved with camping throughout the United States
- Wednesday evening you can choose either to fly home early (depart after 9:00 pm) or join various groups for sightseeing or dinner.
